Today 15 years ago. Friday, September 13th, 1996. Tupac Shakur was shot and killed in Las Vegas. Tupac lived a tragic life, filled with drama. His demise, which inevitably ended in his death, was sad, but he left us with creativity that will never duplicated. He was a rebel with a purpose, he was genius a head of his time, he was a pioneer to a culture that would have never been the same without him. He’s inspired many, even after death. What Tupac has meant to me, my passion for music and the arts, his talents have been one of the biggest and earliest influences to me a whole.
